Healthcare crisis hit paradise. If family doctors, internal medicine and primary care providers cannot make a living in Hawaii, we really have a problem in the rust belt. You would think that a market growing so fast like Kona, Doctors would be able to call the shots. Not true the emergency room has become the default doctor’s office in Kona.
