President Obama gave a speech at my school graduation last May, riling the students up with ASU basketball commentary and rivalry talk. I watched on TV, wishing I had walked this year instead of graduating in December. Back then, his speech was about volunteering, finding your passion to help people and giving your time to your neighbor. I won’t lie, many found the speech a bit too anti-work and pro-volunteer, which is hard for graduates like myself who are working hard to find ways to pay off their student loan debt. However, to me, it was inspirational.
President Obama’s school speech given this morning to students heading back to school across the country took much the same stance, although America has changed a lot in the past few months, and their perception of their once inspiration president has fallen.

erman who on more than one occasion attempts to find humor in vicious attacks and lies on others. No so called joke at the cost of children is ever considered a joke and certainly is not funny on any level. Anyone that attended or watched that episode of the Letterman show should be appalled by his despicable attempt at humor. Actually if you didn’t leave the set or turn of the TV at that point you are as despicable as Letterman.
